Default Street Bob for Heritage?

Can't shake the bug. Shell out roughly $7500 and trade for '09/'10 Heritage Classic or dump approximately $3000 into my '08 Street Bob to make it Heritage like (bags, rack, fowards, windshield, new seat)? Dyna to Softail pluses and minuses please.

Once you decide you want something different the itch never leaves until you finally get it. Just my personal experience. Financially it makes no sense, but hey, get what you wnat and be happy.

Love mine! I sat on them all & rode off the showroom floor with my Heritage. I would love to own one of each but.....Well you know the rest. Good luck on your decision.

Definitely think I'd recommend going for the Heritage. Would never invest $3k in a Street Bob to make it a touring bike. Also think the ride on the Heritage is going to be smoother than the SB. If you can swing it financially, go for it. America's economy will love you for it ;-)

I agree to get the Heritage instead of trying to turn the Dyna into a tourer. But remember the Buddist philosophy: As soon as you satify one craving, another will replace it.

Ah you can have both put the $7,500 on the bob and then pay it off at tax time and buy the heritage lol.

Man believe me iam like the rest of you i want a touring bike now but got to pay the dyna off first. So it will be a few years for me cause iam not taking that kind of loss on my dyna and i want both.
