Default Sunblock and leather

You guys and gals ever have problems with sunblock staining your leather vests, coats, etc? How do you get that white film off the leather? Thanks for any help.

Use the spray on sunscreen with alcohol in it. No white mess. Any drugstore will have it.

I work out in the sun and use the block every morning this time of year (**** 90% of the year). Sun block at 8:00 am - oh the fun. Hate it but have the C word in the family. It kills the neck of all my shirts and gunks up anythink I touch after I apply.

I would try some leather conditioner, mink oil or even some saddle cream.
Good luck.Let us know if it works.

I have to say, I always use sunblock- different kinds- and have never had a problem.
Try petroleum jelly or Murphy's Oil Soap.

Man I knew that one was coming . . . . LOL . . . .. . .

I live in southern AZ where I'm riding in triple digits (hey, the alternative is not to ride - ain't doing that). I wear a leather vest sometimes and the sunblock crap inadvertantly gets on the vest off my forearms. I've got these weird "milky" stains that won't come off the vest .. . . .
