A layer of teflon tape worked for me... been about 8 or 10 months and no leaks...

Ok...had some time to check the forks and sure enough...the fork tube plugs were both loose...not finger loose...but at least 2 turns loose.

I went ahead and dropped the forks down a couple of inches so I could get at the plugs with a wrench. Tightened up the pinch bolds to hold the tubes in place...and got about a quarter turn tighter on the right and almost one and a half turns on the left (left side was leaking a lot more than right).

Hopefully that seals the deal...so to speak...with this deal!

I'll let you guys know after a good ride this weekend..

Interesting, I wonder if they were like that initially. I thought the Fork Cap bolts held the fork tube nut still and the pinch bolts stop the fork tube from turning. You probably won't have any issues anymore if you tightened them all up now. Good luck.
