Default 2010 Heritage price drop affect 2009?

If a base 2010 Heritage is $16,999 and a base 2009 is $17,999 then what is the collective opinion on how much under MSRP an in stock vivid black could go for?

depends on dealer. I would bet that if the dealer still has 09's on the floor, chances are he will sell them before the 2010's are floored.

Most dealers here in North Jersey are giving 10 % off all 09's.

I would think the next few months would be a great time to buy an 09.
Dealer I stopped by last week had LOTS of 09's left on the floor, so many that they had no used bikes out at all.

Default Tell you what...

I sure as hell wouldn't buy a 2009 for the 2009 MSRP now. I think that $2,000-plus off might attract my attention.

That's what it's gonna take.

Should be at least $1500 - $2000 less than MSRP. Always room to negotiate.
