At 6'2" the stock seat for me is perfect.. but as U say. The stock pillion sucks. I got the wife the Touring rear pillion and backrest, plus added floorboards for her too and she went from 30-45 mins (stock setup) to 2-3 hrs ridding before stopping, well worth the money for her comfort..plus they are studded to match.
The rear pillion is 3 1/2" wider and is 1 1/2" taller which gave her almost twice the padding for her bottom. And no she ain't huge either, she's 5'4" and weights 113#'s, she had her tail bone messed up at a young age add and needs all the cushion we could get....

I have sundowner, its a little ugly, but a comfortable seat. They can be purchased on ebay for around 150 dollars used. I am around 5'9" with short legs and it fits fine on an 06 fatboy.

Have an 03 Heritage myself and the wife was complaining about the stock rear pillion so I went out (actually went online) and got us a Mustang One-Piece Wide Vintage Touring seat. The model number is 75073 and it absolutely keeps the wife happy with its 14" wide rear pillion and I do real great with the 17.5" front. In case your wondering, I'm 5'8" 215 lbs and the wife is 5'3" and weighs 138 lbs. Also put some passenger footboards and that also made a huge difference. Just what works for us.
