Default stock TC88b motors 'roller' rockers & lifters?

So I was wondering, are stock TC88b motors 'roller'? As is roller lifters & rockers? My bikes an 05 and I'm starting to plan my next project=cams and as long as I have that much torn apart I figured I'd up grade the lifters and rockers at the same time. For now I plan to buy the parts needed a little at a time as I have extra cash.
Reason I asking about roller stuff is I once asked parts guy at dealer when I first had the bike and he said it was all roller. For some reason that doesn't seem right.

Thanks

Rob

The stock lifter is roller and the rocker isn't. You can always get better SE or after market roller lifters. If you are doing cams, make sure you get the B-148 inner cam bearings.

Thanks 128auto
I saw your write up and going to follow your lead. BTW how did decide on the SE203's?
Also did you do the SE cam support plate and oil pump? I understand about the oil pump upgrade, but what's better about the support plate over the stock?

Thanks again

To be correct, the stock lifters are "hydraulic" and they are fine. Roller rockers arent needed until you use a came with lift over .550-.575

SE cams aren't that great, there are much better choices out there available.

Thanks for info.
still in planning stages but I'm open to suggestions.
I have a budget of 1000-1500 for parts and labor. I'd like to get the most bang for the buck on daily driver that will hold up for the long run and still get up out of it's own way when I crack the throttle.

This has become the industry standard, but set the valve geometry up right and you really don't gain much with them except more noise usually and a lighter wallet.
