Usually my Helmet is safe ...just sitting on the bike.

But if I'm in doubt and don't want to carry it around with me....

Just so you remember to take them back into the bedroom after the ride.

 

Anyone with a hand cuff key can get your helmet, but better then nothing! gun looks are good.

 

I just hope you're not 10-8 when you realize that you left 'em in your saddlebag!

I have the alarm system with siren....(and I have the 'remote' fob to let me know if someone is touching my bike.)
But no matter what we do.....bike thieves can lift / take the whole bike.

So....we do what we can, to cut down the odds.

alarms and locks are still a good investment

 

You must realize that anyone with the same handcuffs can open them. I do the same as well and a friend brought his last week and we tried opening each others cuffs. It worked. I still think locked is better than nor and most people would move on the a helmet that is not locked.

 

paint it ugly and scratch it up, then no one will want it..

If you wear it enough it will get like that anyway. I am not too concerned. I have found that any deterrent is better than none.

 

I installed Kuyakyn helmet locks they look good (invisible) and work well.
