Pipes only ok.
Piped and AC, then need FM.

with the pipes only, U'll still be running EPA lean, the same F/R as stock, only louder.

As far as getting the FM's that others have stated... Do your research if you are not going nuts with the performance mods the XiED should work for you. Newer HD have a pretty smart EFI. The XiED works for me and it cost way less then a tuner... that's my 2 cents That said, I always keep an eye on my plugs just to make sure I am not running to lean or rich.

i put rush slip ons and used the heat shield from stock and had no issue of burning the passenger.
