I'm narrowing down an issue with my scoot which has led to the ET sensor possibly being intermittently bad, but the bike also occasionally will ping. Could the ET be the ping culprit also?

I'm picking up a replacement ET sensor today and will post the results.

My intake air sensor is going and I'm getting pinging. I had it on the dyno last night to try to remove my pinging and while running, the dash light came on so the tuner hooked up the computer and got a code for the intake air sensor. He tuned me more power and torque but I was still getting some pinging on my ride home. We couldn't hear any when the bike was on the dyno. I don't get it. No pinging at all on the dyno, even at various loads and rpm/throttle positions. But it pings in real world conditions. Can it be this sensor?
