Uh.....NO not good. Probably just need to tighten the four bolts on the bars at the top of the tree. Get them back where they feel right and tighten down in slow increments for all of them.
Not too hard..as long as you have the right wrenches.
1st off b4 you tighten them get owners manual, loctite(red)
torque wrench and follow steps to re tighten those bad boys down
total bummer dude thank GOD your ok that is a huge SCREW up on moco/dealer
someone probably has order/ft.lbs
Dude that could have been ugly. I would at least call the dealer and yell at the Service Manager about the guy who did the set up. You might get something out of it.

+1 b4 you get delivery the bars are off
1 more nightmare dealer story
IMO it's a common occurrence with the XB...
the risers don't grip the powder coated bars very well....
there are several DIY fixes... sand paper or aluminum can wrapped around bars under the riser clamps... using a chisel to texture the bars... and I'm sure there are others...
be careful tightening up the riser bolts... as Xuallus stated they are easy to strip out!
You can also use emery cloth as opposed to aluminum cans. People that I know that have apes have this happen every once in a while, but never all the way back to the tank. Watch out for those bumps.
