Default Bags for Heritage!

Have a 06 Heritage standard! Love the bike, but on occasion it would be nice to have some storage! Not really wanting anything permanent as I like the clean look of no bags! I know I can get throw overs, but wondered about paint wear/marring , getting into the rear wheel! Any ideas?? Thanks!!

You can get brackets that bolt on to the struts to keep throw overs from hitting the rear wheel. Most bikes I have seen with throw overs do have a bit of wear from the bags. Some people glue felt on the inside of the bags and the center portion, but if it were me I'd get a nice set with quick detach brackets. It costs a bit more, but looks nicer and poses no threat to your paint and such. Get a set of Heritage take off's from ebay and a set of bareback.
