Default couple of questions about stage 1

i have a 2006 softail standard efi and am installing se 2 pro slip fit mufflers part#80448-03 and a ness big sucker a/c kit part# an18-505. from reading previous posts from the very helpful shovelhead bob i know i need hd download race, and i assuming it's download race #34401-06 with the 8 injectors. my next question is i have 10 mile ride to my local dealer and want to know if i should install the ness ac kit in the dealer parking lot or is it ok to drive the ten miles. i don't know if the extra air would cause an excessive lean condition that could be harmful to my engine. thank you pat
