Default Got my new wheel and good customer service!

I had to send my new 18" DNA Mammoth Wheel back to the manufacturer due to it being bent. They paid for return shipping and swapped the wheel out with no problem. I bought the wheel from KC International and DNA was very helpful in the swap. This should be expected when you receive damaged merchandise, but experience tells me otherwise. So, thanks to the guys at both places. Now I am waiting on the pulley, rotors, and tires and I'll be good to go.

Man, you have been waiting a long time. I got in my new front wheel today. I am going to pull the old one in the morning and drop the off to have the rubber changed over. I am sure glad my wife makes a lot of money.

Yeah, I ordered the wheel and there was a 10 day delay to assemble, ship, etc. Then I got it and it was damaged. So it took a few days to get a shipping number, etc. Then return shipping time (2 days), then another week to get a new wheel assembled, and finally, 5 days return shipping. It was a while, but I don't have the other stuff yet anyway.

We're waiting for you WARG! At least the wheel is in and they they treated you right. That's no so easy to find now a days.

Yes DNA customer service is top notch. I ordered my wheel from american classic motor waited 3 weeks and couldnt ever get any time line when wheel would be shipped. So finally i just called DNA and ask them and they had no problem telling me any info i needed. Great company
