Got my new wheel and good customer service!
I had to send my new 18" DNA Mammoth Wheel back to the manufacturer due to it being bent. They paid for return shipping and swapped the wheel out with no problem. I bought the wheel from KC International and DNA was very helpful in the swap. This should be expected when you receive damaged merchandise, but experience tells me otherwise. So, thanks to the guys at both places. Now I am waiting on the pulley, rotors, and tires and I'll be good to go.

Yeah, I ordered the wheel and there was a 10 day delay to assemble, ship, etc. Then I got it and it was damaged. So it took a few days to get a shipping number, etc. Then return shipping time (2 days), then another week to get a new wheel assembled, and finally, 5 days return shipping. It was a while, but I don't have the other stuff yet anyway.
