I'm glad you were okay. I'm interested in knowing what kind of gear you had on?? And what happened to the deer?

Glad to hear you're OK. Like everyone said the bike can be replaced. I'm curious as to what you were wearing also. I always wear a helmet, but only wear a leather jacket when it's cold. Not that cold in California though.

I often wonder why we always get to see pics of the bike and not the rider after a crash....

Glad your OK, like everyone said. The bike is replacable your not.
One thing I noticed, the front forks look normal (if very dirty).
Every bike I have seen that hit a deer had the front forks folded under the front of the frame/engine.
Was it jumping or something when you hit it?
