Bought my 2008 Rocker C (not used) in August of 08 and paid $17,500 (without tax & license fees) at my local HD Dealer.

Haven't got them installed yet as I have been getting the bike ready for my trip with my son to the Smoky Mountains (esp. Tail of the Dragon). Also helping a friend with a large project he is involved in. Hopefully this weekend.

I paid $19,300 for my 08. The black FCWC is a few hundred dollars cheaper, which color are you looking at. $19,500 seems pretty good for an 09.

I paid around $22,300 or $22,500 for my '09 w/ sales tax and 7-year, unlimited mile warranty back in September.
