We were discussing these bags on yesterday's ride. I don't know who makes my solo saddlebag but it works for me. Maybe it's due to the fact that I have it mounted on a bracket as opposed to directly on the swing arm, but no sagging issue or rust on the buckles. I have never taken it off the bike for a wash. Or course the garage bags look killer. It was not worth the extra money to me, but I am a cheap *** too so there ya go.

When the budget allows I would like to get a nicer one with some cool stitching with a space and a 13, but that is not going to happen right now, that's for sure.

I had the same problem actually, so maybe they ship you all the good stuff and ship us the crab ? dude, you should buy this stuff for us ?

Mine was rusty and I threw them away and put zip ties, bad mistake, as the plastic in the course of one riding season smudged the paint on the swing arm, repainted swing arm and got some other leather ties.

See, I can sometimes try to fix things, without complaining, but honestly , the seat was too much

Does the paint on the swing arm get scratched when you mount these to it? It seems like the buckles might touch the paint.

I thought the best way to mount, was to buckle from the inside. Thats what i will do when i get mine.
