it is no problem what so ever
I have a heritage classic with the V&H true duals and got myself the passenger floorboard kit from HD. No problem what so ever to mount them. there is plenty of space to mount them with that exhaust. The one of the exhaust mounting brakets gets attached to the same spot, but that does not cause any trouble.
You might find it easier to mount the passenger floorboard kit first and then the exhaust but that is about it.

 

Mounted passenger floorboards with a set of V&H Big shots, used Kuryakin Chrome board mounts and HD crescent shaped boards. Chrome bottoms on boards look good when turned up.
