Default Spoked wheels for fatboy

Hello everyone. I've been searching this for a while and can not find a answer. I want to change the stock rims on my fatboy for spoke ones. I'm looking on ebay and I found stock rims from a 05 Heritage and a Deluxe. They are the same size as the rims I have now. My question is, will they fit?

Yes, they will fit your bike. Shouldn't be a problem. You have to make sure the axle size is the same, or you will have to change the bearings to fit your axles.

Yes, they will fit. You need 3/4" bearings as your axles are 3/4". Heritage's, Fatboy's and Deluxe's model years 2000-2006 all have the same size wheels. Word of caution from someone who has changed their wheels 3 times so far, make sure the ones you get are what you want of you will be shelling out more money a year or so down the road. I recommend the DNA Mammoth spoke wheels as they are not too expensive and great looking and quality from personal experience. If you wnat to get prices I can hook you up with someone, just PM me.

I second anubisss's comments. My rear DNA Mammoth just arrived today, love it. It looks sweet! On the other hand, I may have set of nice, gently used 16" spoke wheels for sale soon (see sig pick).

Just my opinion but it ain't a Fat Boy without solid wheels. My previous metric cruiser had spokes, good god they were a bitch to keep clean.

What size mammoths are these? Did you still use the original front fender? I am thinking of putting these on my 2005 Fatboy. Will I need anything besides the rims?
