Default saddle bags

I was heading out of town for work and saw a softail with saddle bags that I would love to have. They are small and fit right below the fender struts. They are small and don't go any lower than the bottom of the fender. I was wondering if anyone knows who makes them. Thanks

so they were only 4in deep? were they hard bags or soft? harley makes some.

I have seen some attach "tool bags" to there struts
