Default Okay, who else is bored out of their skull and rides a softail?

I am waiting for my maintenance man to get here so I can give him some keys and check his work, then I'm heading out for a ride. It's about 80 and sunny. I'm hiding in the dark of my cave. Come forth and speak...

I'm under a huge pile of paperwork that never goes away, and looking out the window at my bike parked outside. One more hour before I can get out and enjoy the ride.

There is always a stack of work that is never done for me. It's just a part of normal life around here. Vcsv8, when are you coming down this way. What's your destination?

Orange. Coming down at the end of the month. Going to make two trips one to see some of the Family Graduate and the other just for the sake of me riding. Ever get the need to just get the hell out of Dodge?

You are absolutely right. I guess that is how we pay for our toys.

I am looking forward to riding through to San Diego in July. We are doing a 2 week trip down the coast, and back up through Vegas and back to Canada. Should be a good time.

Yeah, we've had horrible weather here for over a week. It's been hell. Rain, thunderstorms, flooding streets, and temps in the 50's. Haven't been able to ride at all, just a couple hours here and there between showers. Not to mention the fact that I have an Amazon rainforest for a yard because I haven't been able to mow. It's nice today and tomorrow then back to storms and clouds for another week.

I bet that ride will be an *** kicker and a blast all rolled into one. Paying for the toys is good. I am on layoff..so no new toys or upgrades for awhile.
