Default Front Fork Slider Removal Question

Does anybody know if a 3/8” drive 6” long 6mm Allen is long enough to remove the recessed front fork slider screw?

Such as this set sold at Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Long-Allen-Soc...1582409&sr=8-1

Thanks,
Jack

It worked fine on my Heritage. But my sons 07 Wide Glide took a 12mm.

Yes, the WG's use a 12mm. I'm mostly concerned if 6" is long enough. But sounds like you said, 6" is enough to reach the recessed screw?
Thanks,
Jack

The one I made was about 4" long, it worked fine. An impact wrench will help alot in the removal.
