New seat mod
Sorry for the crappy garage pics, but I got the new seat installed. I removed the skirt from the stock Heritage seat and had it sewn onto an old style solo seat with a pogo mount. It is very comfy and it allows me to stretch my long legs out on the boards. I think it completes the 50's Hydraglide look.

Beautiful ride! I really like those pipes, the rocket tips -- who makes them, or is it a system off of a Heritage Springer?

Chordstrumer,
Yes the mufflers and head pipes are off of a Heritage springer.

Yes it has about 1/2 inch of travel. Rides great and really smooths out the ride nicely. Here is a pic of the setup.
