Watch eBay for these; but a warning that the prices are pretty high. I think the last short backrest I saw sold for over $200.

The drivers seat rails are still available from Harley. The pads, both short and tall, are no longer available thru Harley. New short pads are available on eBay for $160. Used tall pads have been going from about $275 - $400 on eBay.
