I have a 2003 FLSTCI that I just rebuilt from a 88ci to 95ci. I bought a screaming eagle six speed transmission off of e-bay. It didn't come with the clutch release cover or clutch rods or ramps etc.

I have been to two HD dealerships in the area, and they are almost worthless. They couldn't find the right components. I found a cover on e-bay that had the right configurarion and it fits, but I can't get the right side clutch rod component. HD says this is a "direct from vendor" part. I have ordered 4 times now and have not gotten it.

The things that make this hard is that the numbers have changed. The cover has stamped on it inside 35157-03, but HD changed all parts numbers to the-04 series. I think the "vendor" they have ordered it from is Jims, but I can get no confirmation that anything has shipped, and I have been waiting weeks. I am at my wits end

can anyone tell me what parts numbes I need for the clutch rods, ramps et, particularly the right side clutch rod (no slinger). I want to order this direct to my place and not wait on HD any more.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. Even if you know if other rods will work, or the dimensions or this rod so I can have it machined. I will even go to the hydruaic clutch if needed. Just steer me in the right direction. Thanks.

See if you can find someone that has done the conversion and if they still have the paperwork, the part numbers are listed. Maybe they could send you the list of numbers with the illustration. It will have to be the same kit that you have. I did the conversion to my 05 ultra, but different kit.
