Default Night Train risers ???

Anybody used the 4" or 6" pullback risers that HD sells ? Do they require changing any cables or will the stock ones work ok ?

Just ordered some, I'll let you know. You should be able to use the stock cables

No, it will not need it... Just installed "Street Slammer" - riser and bar integrated into 1 piece. I had to extend all electrical wiring as I had to hide it inside the bar.

With any pull back riser or "HD Street Slammer" - which I recommend to anyone, you will feel much comfortable than stock....

I went and ordered the Wild1 9 1/2" pullback risers. Cables seem to be ok but the wiring is too short. I don't want to get involved with lengthening the wires so I think I am going to go with the Street Slammer bars. Anyone know if the stock wiring will work ok if I don't put it through the bars ? I've listed the Wild1 risers for sale in the classified section. For what it would cost me to send them back (restocking fee, shipping etc.) I'm better off just taking the loss and selling them outright.

17L1 - The clamping the mirrors/brake and switch housing will give you a problem with "HD Street Slammer". It's really made to tuck the wires inside... It is not that difficult to extent the wires. If you do, you will learn quite alot about your bike ; )
