Thumbs up

Does anyone have the specs for the removal of the front and the rear wheel on a rocker?

I picked up a manual today during lunch and don't have the bike in front of me. The rear says it has a retainer and then a axle nut but from what I remember it just looked like it was a allen wrench bolt as well as the front.

Thanks

You need a 3/4" allen head bit to remove the rear lug and a 1/2" or 5/8" (cannot remember for the front, but I know it is one of them) allen head to remove the front. No need to secure the opposite side, it will not turn. I could not find a 3/4" for the rear tire in town, so I welded a nut to a 1" bolt (both take a 3/4" wrench). I can put the bolt head or the nut into the lug nut and turn the other with a wrench.

The front takes a 1/2" allen.. Snap-On carries them on the trucks.. I think it was around $75 for both the 3/4" for the rear and 1/2" for the front.. DO NOT buy a 5/8" as it does not fit.. If you insist on buying one please pm me for a great deal.. lol

You will need a 9/16 and 3/4 inch allen wrench for the front wheel, I just went out in the garage and fitted them.

It is for the front axle both sides. I have removed my front axle and replaced it with a flush mount several months ago, so I pulled my stock axle and axle nut (FXCWC) and measured them using my Hex Drive Set.

Hmm.. I took mine off and I only needed a 1/2 allen.. Can't fit the 3/4" in the back side without pounding it in plus I didn't need to worry about it when I broke the nut loose anyway..
