Just my last remark abou this. I sent 3 emails, no asnwer. So i called them and told them i never got response from them. I told them i realy need ASAP the turn signals + Badlands ill and i am ready to pay immediately. They confirmed its in stock, gave me direct email address (not the one from webpage) where i sent full order. that was one week ago, nothing happened since that.... I already found alternative turn signals here in Europe. Yesterday i ordered Carlini bars from the lifestylecycles and lot of other stuff from Dennis Kirk. At the moment, both orders are on the way to my home............

boy i can relate to you guys who've had bad experiences. it's so freaking frustrating, you would think that if you are running a business where most of your purchases come from on-line/mail orders they would have some kind of fool proof system so that things go smoothly.

They mean well, but maybe they are under staffed?!?! Who knows. They may seemed over priced but the quality is the best and there is no way you can take away from that. Maybe we should start a poll on here who has had good and bad communication with them.
I agree about the second seat. That's the only reason I wanted their kit.

ive contacted Bikers image and Hog pro. Hog pro had a much better price than Heartland and I am awaiting a response from Bikers Image. I contacted them late Friday afternoon, I didnt expect a reply til Monday or so... I cant say anything bad as far as them contacting me , because all my emails have been replied to within a day or so by Heartland, but as far as them trying to make a sale, well they just dont have the best prices.

I no longer have a Deuce, I have a 02 softtail standard. Does anyone know about how much on average I would spend on a 200 conversion with a solid chrome wheel installed
(I don't want to go to big on the Standard)? I'm just wondering if it would be cheeper to sale my bike and get a used Rocker C.

Call Loney again tell him that you are on the forum talking trash about him and see what happens, I know that they are 2 week out on Rocker Kits. tell him that Magus Made told you to call.
