Default new rear fender kit for xbones

Im thinking about getting the Shadetree Fender kit for my xbones. $695 plus shipping. Anybody have any experience with installing one of these? Says "bolt on" but thats not allways the case. www.shadetreefabrication.com

I think Cheesecake has one of these. You might look him up and ask him about it.

Yep it is a bolt on!
unbolt the old one....
relocate the ECU...
set the new one on the tire...
decide how much rear tire you want to show....
mark where you need to drill the fender...
drill four holes...
bolt it up...
smile ...
take it off...
get it painted...
be happy....

You can PM me if you have any specific questions....

it looks crooked in the picture...but it was the angle that i took the picture

How hard is it to go back to stock for a passenger?

pretty darn easy.....
I can remove the shadetree fender and brackets in maybe 10 minutes...
bolt the stocker back on in another 15....

when I took the stocker off... all I did was unplug the wiring harness from under the seat.. took out the four strut bolts and lifted the whole thing out of there...

I was amazed how easy it was to take the stock one off and install the shadetree...
