I heard someone talking about putting higher passenger pegs on for their child. My 5+ year old rides with me. I just bought this '03 Springer and wanted to know if any of you had put these on or knew anything about them. I'd like to install a set so he can ride in comfort. Thanks.

 

The original seat side mounts are the same size as peg mounts and some have put pegs there, I was going to mount a second pair of pegs there myself just never got around to it,

 

Kurakyn makes an underseat peg mount. I had one on my heritage for my son and daughter to be able to reach.

 

I bought some peg mounts for $15.00 and some longer bolts from the hardware store. Took the lower fender strut bolt out and mounted them there. The biggest cost was the pegs, I wanted them to match my highway pegs.

 

I order the Kyryaken high pegs today. They wont be in for a week or so. I may try using that vacant hole just forward of the strut as suggested. If that works well I'll just cancel the order. Thanks all.
