Default Rear fender protection from seat?

So, I just got a nice new paint job and I have only had my solo on. I'm a little worried about putting the 2-up seat on because I'm afraid of scratching/scuffing my fender paint. Any suggestions?

Fender bib here too,. stays on under the pillion, or under the quick release rear rack...

My bikes in for paint right now, and I'm worried also...friend suggested some small rubber stick on feet that you put on the underside of the seat...might be worth a try. saw some on radio shacks website

Go to your Dealer, as the parts guy for the protective film that go on the rear fender under the pillion. about 12.00 and its removable when you don't want it on. Just stick it back on the cardboard it comes on.

I have reused one probably 8 times now on the wifes Deluxe.

Was thing about the same thing. Am looking for "cling" plastic film you can remove easily and re-install.

If I can't then I guess the dealer part as suggested will have to do.

Let us know regardless what you end up doing.

Have them put a little extra clear on the rear fender, then if it gets scratched you have extra material to work with for buffing it out.
