La Rosa Solo Bag
I was considering a La Rosa Solo Bag for my Night Train. Has anybody used one of these? Good, bad or ugly things to say about it?

I have had one on my bike about a year now. I'm happy with it. Not quite as much room as actual saddle bags but good enough for a few things. If your interested I'll be selling mine as soon as I get my new bag in about a week. Excellent shape. I have the 312LHD from this site. http://www.sideroadcycles.com/Import...opper_Bag.html
Here's what it looks like on my bike.

It installed fairly easy and holds a few choice items....
You may want to get the one without the white stitchin'. I had to dye mine. The threads turned kinda blue....So I dipped my finger in some old oil and rubbed it in til the sumbitch looked worn out!
Here it is in new mode.
I actually dig it.

You may want to check out Garage Leathers. They have a varied selection constructed of very sturdy and durable materials. Cost more, but worth the extra money.

I don't know who manufactured mine, but I really like it. Not a ton of space but as others have said just enough room for some necessary items. Got mine with a custom fabbed bracket to mount it to the rear footpeg hole and strut bolt. Ebay used score for sure. It is sturdy and has shown no wear whatsoever.

I posted already and it didn't show up for some reason. So here goes again.
That looks just like the bag I bought off ebay about a year and a half ago. I can't remember for sure the brand, But I'm 99% sure it was a La Rosa. It looks identical to that one from the white stitching to the buckles and all. Or at least it did look like that. It looks like chit now!! It won't hold its shape and it needs to be redyed because it's more brown now than black. The lid won't even hold its shape. It's real thin leather and it sags. I wouldn't buy another one from them ever. I keep my bike in a storage building, so it's not out in the weather. So I don't know why it didn't last. I'd spend the extra money and get a real quality leather bag from some one else.
Just my 2 cents. Hope it helps.
