Dyna's are functionally better motorcycles but softails are better looking IMO and have a wider choice of goodies from both the aftermarket and H-D.
Yup, Yup and Yup.

I must say that I do like the wide glide version when properly set up and for some creepy reason I also like the Super Glide with the little euro fairing look?

But for me the train is in the station for now.

I would go ride them both like has been suggested, 2 totally different bikes.
I tend to like the bikes that are not stretched out, I just feel more comftorable on them, however I like the looks of a bike that is stretched out.
For me the comfort aspect always wins out in the end. Good luck.
