Default Bobtail tail light

Hi all, I've been searching and searching for a replacement taillight for my bones. The only thing I've seen that comes close is the HD tri-bar LED one, but I'm dead set against LED's - they clash with the old-school look of the bones imo.

What I would love to see is something that fills the width of the bobtail, maybe in a catseye shape, without a license plate mount. I have a side mount plate holder that I'd love to use, but hacking the plastic mount off the stock tail light assembly would probably end up looking like a$$ even if it was done perfectly...

Anyone seen anything out there that fits the bill?

Thanks

Exile Cycles has neat one that would look really nice on your Bones.

Hank (biker build off guy) has some really bad *** looking old school taillights and other parts on his website. The old "aviation" style would look good on a Bones IMO.

Dave. You got a link to 'Hank', the biker build off guy's web site?
Here's a couple that are on J&P Cycles site, prices are not too bad either.

Just make sure they will fit your fender. I think most of them may be made for a 7" fender and I think your Bones has a 9" fender.

I had the tribar on my XB and thought it looked petty good with the stock fender....
I have since taken it off... and am in the process of mocking up my new fender...

I had looked high and low for something that filled the space (important to me) and looked halfway decent...and settled on the tribar....
anyway just my .02

BTW... I am going with a brass side mount with the new fender....

If you have the tools and talent there's no reason you couldn't fabricate a new bracket from some sheet metal and fit any number of different tailights to it.
