Default Slip-ons (V&H or Rush)

Can't decide on the V&H or the Rush 2-inch slash-outs for my '02 Heritage. Most people have the V&H but the Rush ones had a deeper sound that I liked.

Any thoughts?

You sound like you've already decided that you like the Rush ones better. So just get them. Why second guess yourself! And who cares what "most people" have!

No complaints about the Rush slip ons from me, they've been on about 6 months so I can't speak to the durability of them.

Heard good things about the Rush tips... I love my V&H Bigshot Longs, and would not trade them for the world. But as stated above... who cares what other people have, you should get what YOU want! Who cares what other people think! Are they making your bike payment!? LoL!

For slip ons I would go with the Rush's they have a great sound and you should be able to get them cheaper than the V&H's. If you go with a full exhaust I would do the V&H.

I agree for slip-ons I would go with Rush. I had them for a few months but went with V&H pipes.

I also had the Rush slip on's prior to my V&H BSS that I have now. While I did like my Rush slip on's I later installed Cycle Shack slip on's on my neighbors bike and they were not only cheaper, but a bit deeper and louder. It seems like for a lot of people that the slip on's are a transition step and then go to a full exhaust later.

I've had my Rush 1.75 for a little over 6 months now, and really love em. The sound is exactly what I was looking for. I get alot of compliments.
