I like the 3" lift and the exposed back bone. Did you notice much difference in the wind shelter? It made a huge difference on my Rocker C.

i agree i just do not get these "tank-lifts" all it does is expose all the sh%t under the tank,
Have seen proper "one off custom builds" with tank lifts and they are beautiful,

Gorgeous x-bones though....and it is your bike you paid for it so thats all that matters

Gotta agree with most on here not keen on the look, a tank lift on a Rocker does look good however, fixes that broken back look.

I like it. i just put a 1.5" on my slim. Wanted to ask you guys about the fuel, how does the lift affect the fuel/guage? I know the fuel feeds from the back of the tank, but does it mess with the floats?

You'll lose some since the tank is angled. The Rocker/Deuce tank's shape screams for a tank lift.
Fat bob tanks already have the nice flowing lines and don't need a lift, but that is the owner's choice.

The fuel line on the Rocker is located further back and so not as much gas is dead space. I chose a 2" lift for both less wasted fuel and to keep from exposing the ugly support under the tank.

Yeah, I think x bones look a tad bunched up already with how the front wheel is set back, but if op likes it, that's what it's all about.

Just did the DK 2" lift on my rocker and love it. Good quality and easy, clean install. Looks great! Full speed on the winter mods...To each his own on bikes...as long as we all ride safely, have fun, no one gets hurt and most important, we have beer...LOL

I think the bigger lifts look better on the Deuce and Rocker with their stretched tanks.

i thought 3" would be too much , but really it looks fine . people say it uncovers stuff , hell , motorcycles are meant to have their parts exposed otherwise we might as well drive cars !
