Heritage cross reference on fenders

Will a rear fender off a new 2000 Heritage fit a 1999 heritage without any modifications? Thanks in advance for any help on this.

your best bet is go to a dealer and look at the service manuals for both models and see if the parts match up, that is the easiest way to find out, unless someone here has those manuals and can look it up for you.

I know 06 to 07 there was a change but not sure when else
