Default Big Sucker Air Cleaner Cover Question

I am going to put on an arlen ness big sucker on today. I would like to get rid of the "football" air cleaner cover.

Does anyone know if the "smooth air cleaner cover" from harley fit over the big sucker? harley part number -29153-07

I am looking for options OTHER than that ugly football that are understated, chrome, simple and that wont cost me an arm and a leg
the bike is an 2008 heritage (flstc)

It sounds like you already have your big sucker but, if you're getting rid of the football you should have gone with the big sucker 2 which has 20% more filter area. Also, if you go with that air cleaner, there's a matching horn cover that you may be interested in.

There's no reason to go with Stage 2 big sucker if you are just doing pipes and fuel management.

i have seen someone cut the football back like in your dyna. (his was a dyna too by coincedence). it definately looks good, but i lack the patience for that kind of detail work.

i didnt think about the stage 2 big sucker, but its definately something to think about in the future. i would probably have to take off the XIEDs and put on a fuel pack or power commander if i do it.

ya know whats cool.. velocity stacks!

I got my cover for the air cleaner (big sucker stage 1) and the timer cover here pretty cheap.
