i finally got through on the customer service line. the first time i got a woman who must not like her company because she said well i cant help you sir. please hold. so i hung up and called back. i was on hold for another 15 plus min. got a different person she said she would e-mail me a ups retrun slip and I NEVER GOT IT! i am so fed up with this crap. i hope they do e-mail me a return slip and refund like she said she would. i am going to buy some v&h pipes now.

 

I called 270-745-9520 twice with questions and got right through.

 

Sorry it didn't work out for ya. I know that sucks. I hope they make it right and you can get something different. Keep us posted on the process though, for all us other Hooker owners out here.

That is very odd of them to treat you like that. I have called them a bunch of times not only for questions/purchasing but for also car crap too and each time they were pretty helpful...

 

glad i stuck with my pipes and didn't buy anything from them. with my bad luck the same thing that happened to you would have happened to me.
