I sent my extra rear fender to the body shop to get cut and sprayed, it will be about an inch or two longer than kylant's fender. I am not sure if I will reinstall the stock tail lights or get some new lights.
I will install my Heartland front fender next week to see how it looks with the stock rear fender.

For you guys that cut up the stock fender, is there a considerable amount of gap from the tire to the fender? The whole concept of a "rocker" style SOFTAIL is to be able to push the distance as close as possible from the fender to the tire.. The only way I can see that happening is if you make longer mounting tabs.. Has anyone done that?? Im tapped with funds and cant afford the heartland kit, I do want to chop up my rear fender but want that clean look of a hardtail.. So is there anyone out there selling thier stock Rocker rear fender PM so I can frankenstein it.. Thanks

Kylant, I guess it will be more or less the same because I marked it off at the holes for the stock tail lights before I sent it to the body shop.
