Default Rear wheel question

Can anyone give me some thoughts on this? I had installed a bunch of parts on my Fatty, had to remove the rear wheel and fender. Now, once I put it all back on the wheel (or fender) does not seem to line up in the center. See the pictures. The gap on the right side of the fender is greater then the left, I would think up to an inch...I did not get to measure it last night. I tried top loosen off the fender and move it, but it seems to be in position. I believe it is the wheel but can’t figure out why. Any thoughts or suggestions would help...thanks a lot!

If anyone out there has a 2005 or simular model Fat boy, could you check yours. I have been looking at picture on the internet and maybe it is supposed to be offset. i never noticed before. You can tell by putting your hand between the tire and the fender on both sides and seeing if there is a gap difference.

Hey you got the license bracket on, excellent. Did you have to cut the spacer? Make sure that the belt is running true first, worry about the fender later.

Nope, with a little bit of elbow grease I got it on. Was a well needed break away from installing parts on it that helped I think. All seems to run smooth so far, i was just worried about the rear tire near the fender. Took it for a spin down my street last night, all seems ok. I need to do a final inspection of everything before I feel 100% comfortable though. thanks for your help!

Nice paint. I beleive 04 and up softails, when they switched to 150 tires, have the wheel offset about an inch to the belt side. My 04 Fatty is the same way.
