What kind of seat is that and how hard was it to get it to fit?

The bike looks killer!

Thx

Looks really nice, but I think you need to start thinking about making more of that cast aluminum black or chrome, more black than chrome.

PS, Maybe add a little red on the black as pin stripes?

It is a one off hand tooled Indian Larry Memorial leather seat I found on eBay. I included a better picture of it below.

Getting it to fit really wasn't too hard. I just had to drill two small holes in the back frame area to mount the springs to and in the front I drilled one hole (and tapped it) in the frame to hold the t-bracket.

Yes, I already have plans to do some of that. I plan on power coating my swing arm, belt guard and oil reservoir gloss black. I haven't decide if i want to power coat my front forks gloss black too or get them chromed.

You know what they say.... You are never done with the upgrades!

Thanks for all the complements!!

Those are "exactly" the kind of upgrades I was thinking of. The forks could go either way. But considering the rest of the bike, chrome might not 'fit' the rest as well as black would.
Maybe a little red and white pin striping on the tins like that used on the X-Bones and a thin white one on the rims would go really nice with the seat and the rest of the bike.
You have done very well so far.

1st Rock I've seen with spokes, looks good. I think I like your seat more than anything though. I like that seat a lot.
