I just got and Installed a daytona twin tec tuner on my 03 Fatboy, Can anyone tell me the best settings to use w/ big breather and and 2-1 supertrapp pipes? any info would be great
The DTT TC88 is supposed to be the best ICM for carburetored bikes. I would leave the mode switch at 1, with the initial timing and advance curve dials at position 5 as pre-set by the factory. Ride the bike and see how it does at several throttle positions. If you get any pinging, turn the initialtiming dial down until you're not. I'm not sure about the advance timing, but I would think that the higher the dial setting, the quicker your revs will come up and you'll hit the rev limiter and you won't slow down as much when letting off the throttle.
