They are like chromed tin pie pans that you use liquid nails to glue over your wheels. I haven't seen them in years. I figured that bad and cheesy idea died a few years ago since nobody every asks about them anymore.

I wouldn't recommend it - send them out and have them cut and powdercoated. It is worth the couple hundered bucks more. Gorbys Machine did mine with my own custom design...see pics in the thread below.
