I have Vance and Hines big shots on my 06. They are no problem with the Harley footboards.

 

I am picky and still havent found anything better than the stock headers with rush 2" they have the sound I love and dont have any clearance issues.
Having cams installed they picked it up today and the tuner said he get as good #'s with that setup as any 2-2 system. hope so, we'll see.

What pipe are you running?

http://www.bubent.com/. They are a louder pipe with a moderate to deep rumble which should get deeper when I put the quiet baffle in after the final dyno next week. Upgraded to a 103 build. I think they sound better than the V&H that most people are running. Don't flame me it's my opinion for those of you w/ V&H
pipes.
