admittedly I'm still new to this but I'm taking on most of the mods myself. I just bought a jack today and picked up the accessories for the detachable backrest so when my wife wants to ride she can. I didn't know early on that I needed a torx wrench set but found a nice one at Home Depot. Now tonight I removed the base stickers that I had attached to the forks and put the new stickers on the chrome plate that attaches to the brake caliper... trouble is this don't take a standard socket. Looks like a torx fitting so is it a torx socket? If not, what is it called so I can go buy a set tomorrow?

Boy I know you're gonna have a field day with this BLKnCHRM09Deluxe. lol

i'm not sure what your talking about. You have a pic of the bolt? I could tell you if it's torx or not then.

no sorry...

no worry though I'll go by there tomorrow after I get off work and ask. I'm over in that area anyway.

it looks like a torx wrench so I'm thinking it's probably called a torx socket that fits over it (that makes sense to me anyway.)
