Default Night Train question

My son just purchased a 09 Night Train and wants to put on pullback risers. Do the Harley pullbacks Part#56266-09 require longer cables or will the stock cables and lines work? Thank you

Sorry, I forgot to add that these are the 6" pullback risers which appear to be the same length as stock.

your son made a great bike choice, as for your question i know the street slammers will work with no accell or brake wire mods. the pull backs might need it ask your HD service guy he should be able to tell you.

yep, what they all said
I'm doing a riser/bar swap myself and have been told the brake hose will be fine. I did decide to go with a wider train style bar (went with a 32" from V-Twin mfg), so I don't think I'm gonna go with anything more than 6.5 risers because of the extra length on the bars.

Thanks guys. Sounds like a easy swap. We'll probably put them on this week.

Make it easy on yourself and don't disconnect the brake or clutch cables. Just loosen the clamps and let them lay out of the way. It doesn't hurt anything and you won't have to bleed the brakes or readjust the clutch. You will have to loosen the throttle cables and adjust them when your done. Don't forget to put the spacer between the brake handle and the stop light switch. Post up some pics when your done.
