I guess they like my bike in Japan....
Was looking at my youtube account and noticed some people/places were linking it. They're using it to sell Samson pipes in Japan, lol. I guess I should get a better vid for them!

Cool pix. Let me throw in my 2 cents. I was a professional photographer for 14 years. When an image is created, it's copywrited. Period. To pursue a claim against an entity, you would need to register it with the copywrite office. That entails sending a copy to the copywrite office and filling out the form. (I've got thousands). Then contact the folks using your photo and explain their use of your photo was done without prior consent, and you are entitled to compensation, lest a motion of copywrite infringement will be filed, Calamity!!!!!!!!!!. In the real world, they will probably pull the picture, and say "Sorrey". At best, like what was said, maybe they'll send you a hat or some other trinket, claim they got it off the Internet, public domain, yada yada yada. Thats a B.S. They are using your photo for advertising, they gotta give you something. Since it's a Japanese site, there will be enough treaties between the countries to enforce it. If nothing else, you can take a little comfort knowing some Rice Burner Ridin Fool had to say, "Uh Ro"!
