Mine went from 63.99 hp to 75.41 and 78.16 to 87.36 tq. I did rush slip ons and pc lll and big sucker. that seems a little low for a stage 1.
I agree. The average gains that I've seen for the 96 at Stage 1 are 11.09 HP and 6.39 TQ. I don't believe that any of those numbers were with true duals however.

true duals should have a larger HP increase. when they have a special on dyno runs i will have mine checked with the true duals i am running from hooker

I believe that yours are commonly referred to as 2 into 2 and not true duals. To my knowledge, when someone refers to true duals they are referring to pipes that exit out on both sides of the bike. Here's a similar set up and dyno result: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/4814693-post108.html

In category theory, a branch of mathematics, duality is a correspondence between properties of a category C and so-called dual properties of the opposite category Cop.
technically they are true duals as the dont have a cross over. The tuning for these are for true duals. If true duals were looks that come out on each side then the stock harley pipes on the touring models would be called true duals.
