Can't beat the BSS. I was going to go with the BR but IMO the BSS look better on the Fatty.

Default Took my QB's out

Replaced my stock 09 FB exhaust with BSS and quiet baffles and was disappointed with them (the baffles). The sound was too quiet and not that nice IMHO. Pulled em out and went back to stock baffles ... much happier.

Far as the HP factor goes, I picked up both HP and Torque after the change (had it dynoed with both installations, QB and Stock). Actually, was a big change on paper and picked up about 5 HP. Took it to 2 different places for dyno and they used different settings (sae 3, etc. with QB, sae5 with stock), so that may have made the difference. So, I think I lost a bit of bottom end torque (at least the feel) when I went back to stock baffles, but still notice the improvement over stock exhaust.

So, I see that you've changed out your handlebars. I'd like to get mine an inch or so closer to me. I have a badlander seat on that helped push me forward a little ... but am looking for more. Did your Beach Bar handlebars help in that respect?

Any of you Fatboy owners install these yourselfs?

I might order these today and so far the best price I've found is at
easternperformance.com, anyone know of a better deal out there?

easternperformance states that models prior to 06 need O2 Port Plugs,
why don't I see that mentioned at any other site when looking at
these same pipes?

pipes made for an 06 and before do not have the bungs installed. therefore, no need for plugs. I assume and have been told the 07 and later pipes are the same just with bungs for the O2 sensors. If i was buying today I would get them with the bungs and plug them. leaves you the option later of using different type of tuner with O2 sensors. an if you decided to change pipes later they will be easier to sell or trade off.
