Default Cross Bones with Fat Boy rear fender

Looking at switching my rear fender on my Cross Bones with one from a Fat Boy. If any one has done this can you tell me how big of a job it was, and what had to be changed or altered. Thanks

There were a few different threads on this over the past year. Try a search. As I recall it s a direct bolt on mod.

Just did it and it wasn't that hard, it's a direct bolt up. I wanted to put a tombstone tail light on it but it wouldn't fit. The light will fit older FB fenders but not 07 to present(to wide of a fender hole).

I bought my bike used and it was already done withe the Tombstone light. I tried to get an aftermarket light in black but it would not fit so I had mine powder coated.

Looks killer. I dislike the stock cross bones rear fender.

My opinion, the Bobbed fender doesn't look right, I think a full fender fits the old slyle. A tombstone or aftermarket Beehive for a light.
